We ship to almost all countries in the world, however, there are countries that we can not send due to their legislation. We also do not send to post office boxes.

The shipping costs are always in euros (€). During the purchase process, said cost will be indicated. After completing your data you will also be informed of the delivery time.

Without prejudice to what is established in Clause 5 above and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will try to send the order of the product / s related in the Confirmation of Shipment within a period of between 24 and 96 hours (depending on the destination and on business days) from the acceptance of the order. This delivery time may be delayed up to 45 days for any of the following reasons,

– Unforeseen circumstances

If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind in any case that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
It will be understood that the “delivery” has taken place or that the product (s) have been “delivered” at the moment of signing the receipt thereof at the agreed delivery address.
If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we kindly ask you to contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
